A useful request for quotation explains what the hydraulic product must do, not only what it looks like. Model numbers and drawings are valuable, but application details can also help when the existing product is unknown.
Use the checklist below for the product you need. If some specifications are unavailable, send clear photos, dimensions, equipment information and the working condition first.
Category, model, nameplate, drawing or clear photos.
Machine type, required movement, load and operating sequence.
Quantity, destination, replacement or new design, and required documents.
RFQ Checklist by Product
You only need to complete the section relevant to your inquiry:
Hydraulic cylinder
Bore, rod diameter, stroke, working pressure, mounting style, ports, quantity and application.
Hydraulic valve
Model number, clear photos, required function, pressure, flow, connection details and quantity.
Hydraulic power unit
Pressure, flow, motor power, voltage/frequency, tank requirement, environment, layout and quantity.

Machine function, movement sequence, load, pressure, flow, power supply, installation space and drawings.
